Fabricated from mild steel prime plate, combined with Boiler quality tubes.

All joints are properly welded and tested with adequate pressure.

Boiler comprising of, Steam generator, Pre-heater, Steam Exhauster, Canopy and Oven, with firebricks insulation, Pressure Gauge, Safety Valve, motor operated water Feed Pump, Water gauge glass, necessary Valves for steam release, water drainage, NRV etc. but without Chimney and Steam Pipe line.

Capacity : Starting from 300 Kgs steam per hour with efficiency rating approx. 75%

Chimney : Fabricated from mild steel plate.

Supply is complete with Steam Pipe Line of Steam Pipe Line, wrapped with LRB and chicken net and finally covered by Aluminium sheet.
