Root Vegetable Quartering Machine

Comprising of Stainless steel Slat Chain Conveyor having provision of placement of big size Root vegetable. One cutting knife, operated by 1.5 HP Motor, combined with Gear Box and Variable Frequency drive is placed to cut the root vegetable into two parts, subsequently into four parts. Supporting structure of the Table is fabricated from stainless steel Square Pipe or Angle.
