Consisting of: A. Primary Straining cum Pre-heating Tank– Fabricated from Stainless steel 304 grade sheet. Pre-heating Tank : Double walled Tank, fabricated from inner chamber of stainless steel 304 grade sheet for honey. B. Filter Press . C. Hot Processing Tank. D. Falling Film Evaporator : Equipped with Immersion heater dipped in water,controlled by Digital temperature Indicator cum controller with PT-100 Sensor. Design is so made that Honey is fallen in film to allow moisture reducing by evacuating system with the help of Vacuum Pump. Complete with Vacuum Gauge, Nozzles with valves. E. Water Ring Vacuum Pump. F. Hot Water circulating Pump with mechanical seal. G. Cold Processing Tank H. Control panel I. Platform : Mild steel channel and Angle structured frame. J. Interconnecting Pipe Line : For Honey SS and for Water circulation GI pipe will be provided.
