Electrically Operated Oil Jacketed Kettle

Pan and Jacket are fabricated from 304 type stainless steel sheet, properly welded on all joints. All joints are Argon welded and polished. Supporting structure is made from mild steel Channel, provided with hand operated tilting device by worm gear. Electrically heated with 20 KW Oil immersion Heater. Heater, divided in three parts by individual ON/OFF Switch and Temperature is controlled by Digital Temperature indicator cum controller with PT-100 sensor. Equipped with oil level gauge glass, and oil drainage valve. The unit has its exterior surface insulated with ceramic blanket, and finally covered with stainless steel sheet to prevent loss of heat. Hand operated Tilting device by worm Gear is included. AC Geared Motor with stainless steel shaft and anchor type Agitator is provided to agitate the Contents inside Kettle. This whole system is so designed that by Level driven system whole agitating unit goes up for tilting the kettle and goes down for agitation of the contents.
